I ate a healthy lunch today. My challenge for you today is to NOT eat all the leftoever food on your child's/spouse's/friend's plate. You do not need to eat the rest of the rice or the chicken or the ice cream because "There is just a tiny bit left." Toss it. Or put it away. DON'T EAT IT!
